notes:
- "register an account" will trigger automatically as the page opens and will be in the loading state
- once it completes, the username section will open
- once user picks a valid username, the profile section will open
- from the profile section, a user can go to the app

im targeting high polish on this screen

One thought:

Make it Apple Pay and Google Pay compatible on the payment screen for the protocol fee / supercast sign up.

Not sure if stripe already is or if it can be made even easier then stripe
