- any direct token promotions will be now eliminated on the posting level
- gossip and memes about tokens are still allowed, but direct shilling not

improved moderation:
- going forward we are adding a warning + ban system
- one bad post that = warning
- second = ban
- we will not check who posted what or if you have been warned before — you will just get a ban after breaking the rules multiple times
