Good question - ignoring for a moment that this double counts the LSTs’ own TVL, wouldn’t EigenLayer’s TVL be its value in the form of security it provides to the other chains? Just like the beacon chain for Ethereum.

Presume that EigenLayer is going to take some percentage of the restaking revenue. That's profit that will go to an EigenLayer token. Compare that revenue against market cap. Get your PE, call it a day.
