The past 2 years or so I get exceedingly angry during work calls when people say things I know are intentionally vague/ obscure to try to get their way. It’s genuinely hard for me to contain my anger as I get adrenaline dumps through these conversations and messes with my concentration How tf do I prevent this

I feel you, I personally have a co worker who will ask questions but then interject once you get 5 words out. I definitely get your frustration, hope things get better
