Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

Yes, alternating each workout on repeat. There can be a little cross over which is okay. For instance, you might work lats a little bit from pull-ups as well as from benching which is okay. It's only really a big deal if it's working large muscle groups from compound lifts which is usually counter productive.
