Very disappointing to see the DAO preventing an honest minority fundamentally misaligned with DUNA from using the fork as it was designed to continue a non-DUNA Nouns DAO. https://www.nouns.camp/proposals/642

Open to an alternative, but must be permissionless, and satisfy the goal of continuing a non-DUNA Nouns DAO with the treasury proportional to the number of Nouns joining (or close to). We have ideas we want to explore for protocolization, minority protection, and SubDAOs. But, the plan would really depend on the members of the new DAO and collective decisions. This wouldn’t be easy, but think it’s worth trying to continue a version of Nouns value aligned with Ethereum if there is sufficient interest.
