Pilates was one of the best things I picked up in 2024 — it has had a transformative effect on my health 

At the same time, I cannot agree more with @six. It is the hardest modality I’ve done and each class continues to challenge me lol 

As my instructor says, “it doesn’t get easier, you just get better”
