Look what the cat got yesterday. Managed to rescue it before she finished it off. Nice little grass snake. I'd like to think it was grateful but I don't really think it was!

Nice little chap, about 35 cm. Only the second one I've seen in the garden in a decade. Was pretty sure they were here but nice to have it confirmed. I found a tiny one in a wall I was taking down a few years ago 😳!

That’s so cool! Iv not seen one ever or a adder , would love to tho , I heard people leaving corrugated tin roofs out for them to Sleep under gives them a good home . Have you got adders too?
