Note that the current $nouns token is non-upgradable and is as basic as it gets (imo exactly what a coin should be)

The fungible token — $nouns —  is a thing I believe should exist and can do much good for the growth of our world. I picked up where others left off and submitted a PR to OP. 

We can now bridge $nouns to Base and have fun with it :)
