Is the "smart wallet" a smart contract wallet, or a passkey-driven EOA?

It is a smart contract wallet. We should update the docs if confusing! Any particular part?

Nothing here (https://www.coinbase.com/blog/evolving-wallets-to-bring-a-billion-users-onchain) or here (https://docs.cloud.coinbase.com/wallet-sdk/docs/sw-setup) mentions that it's contract based. And also the "free" and "works on any EVM chain" made me wonder if it was MPC based. Link to github would have helped!!
