Is there a canonical bridge to move NFTs from mainnet to @base?

Do we have to call two methods if it's EOA.
First bridgeERC721 followed by finalizeBridgeERC721

Sorry if it's a noob question

My friend and I are building a UI @anirudhp

I think finalize is just for going L2 -> L1

We understand the same project must be deployed on the base chain as well and that contract address should be used.
Another noob question perhaps, but how do we open this bridge to all NFT projects? Or is it not possible?
