A good friend is a large creator on Lens. He says that it is a great platform to distribute your content but there is not much dialogue and connection building.

ah, makes sense. I care most about dialogue and connection building, which is probably why I ended up here. Lens doesn’t seem to meet my needs so guessing it isn’t worth trying out?
