New Proposal Update: Treasury Management Proposal 📜

TLDR: This proposal outlines a plan for the allocation and diversification of the DegenDAO treasury. By diversifying its holdings and strategically allocating funds, the aim is to enhance the stability, growth, and long-term value of DegenDAO.

Goal: To create a robust financial foundation that supports the Degen and Farcaster ecosystem, enhances value for the community, and positions DegenDAO as the most capitalized network on Farcaster.

Proposed Allocation:
🎩 Admin & Operations Fund: 5% of the treasury
🎩 Marketing & Comms Fund: 5% of the treasury
🎩 Grants Fund: 10% of the treasury
🎩 Investment Fund: 50% of the treasury
🎩 Reserves: 25% of the treasury

IMO, the information is very vague about the future plans with those allocations

Don't get me wrong, but I went through the Google doc and it's not that I think you guys don't deserve the funds and access to them to do more things. I believe you do. 
It's just that, in my personal case, I found the Google doc not clear enough to vote with a confidence YES. I found the focus short in information.

I voted no, the funds shouldn't be allocated without a clear and concise explanation on where exactly they are going. I.E. what wallet for what purpose. There should be individual votes on each focus anyway. Not a blanket check to ???
