I’ve learned a lot about myself and my psychology these last few months. Most of the time the hard way. Which makes me wonder if the hard way is the only way to learn something

I always learn the hard way. It seems like some people just need to go through things themselves to truly understand them. Maybe it’s a personality trait or a deeper need for firsthand experience.
