Legal question I keep coming back to: Aren’t some of these tokens/memecoins going to come up against sharky lawyers going after them for illegal securities claims? Nothing about the law in the US has changed since the ICO era Launching one still seems incredibly risky to me

Its am open question. The fact that meme coins are centralised and need a team to manage it would make it a security but then again Meme tokens don’t give holders ownership rights or promise profits based on others’ efforts, thus not a security. Fact is the sec have so far gone out of their way to confuse.
