You’ll have a tough time getting this approved. Maybe before social, but doubt you’ll be allowed to mint before earnings release gets posted on the site.

Crux will be whether an NFT drop is considered selective or public disclosure. It’ll boil down to legal’s risk tolerance, which is usually very low 😅

V strong case that minting earnings on a public blockchain is public disclosure.

If the lawyers bring up Regulation FD as a reason you can’t do it, this shouldn’t apply as the recipients aren’t exclusively securities pros or shareholders
