Made a big lifestyle change & been hitting the 6am crossfit class. Total game changer! I always told myself I’m not a morning person… Such BS! I just always stayed up too late for no good reason. But I changed the narrative, started going to bed by 10, waking early & feeling 💪

Becoming a morning person is such a game changer imo. I was lucky to have been conditioned early on by jobs that required me to be up at 3am sometimes. But I’ve stuck with early mornings forever since. I get up at 5 every day
