The only thing preventing you from seeing reality more clearly is your own mind

If you can bring more awareness to the present moment and away from mental chatter, then you can discern more about any given situation

But if you’re stuck ruminating, you’ll have to settle for an imperfect abstraction rather than the truth

for any given situation there is:
- your version (of the truth)
- their version (of the truth)
- the objective truth

the closest you'll get to the actual truth is by trying to understand the intersection
