That'll do it š I work in mental health and even just awakening without the spiritual side can be enough, in the sense that someone realises they've been living on autopilot forever. Often instigated by a confrontation with death. I had that first myself, then a full blown spiritual awakening followed by 3 months of synchronicities to realllly hammer it home
