thoughtful (not AI-generated) replies are how i built my community and friendships here

early FC lore: for a long ling time, there was no quote cast, only recast and recasts were weighted less than replies because conversations are critical to building a social *network*

I still have the feeling, that recast are less weighted than Replies.
Quote casts gather a lot of attention but only for those who are quote casting.

If someone quote-casts, his quote gets way way more attention than the Original cast, which is kind of annoying :(
