What’s the new requirements to post videos? It used to be power badges. I know lots of folks with Level 2 spam labels (the good ones) who still can’t post? It can’t possibly be manual still is it?

I'm pretty sure it is about the spam label - I was labeled 1 and therefore not able to post videos for 2 weeks. Right after I got back to "not spammy / 2" I was able to post videos again

This is a good data point! Maybe some folks labels have changed this week and we can’t see it publicly yet. Hence they think they have label label 2 and they don’t!
