What are the main differences you’ve noticed in recruiting in web3 vs web2 or other traditional industries?

Great Q! Web3 companies at the end of the day are in the simplest form, startups. All startups have the same growing pains, the biggest difference is the passion and drive candidates have in web3 because they want to be apart of something bigger than just themselves

additionally, prospective candidates aren't sure about web3 as a whole, where the industry and its businesses are going, and whether or not it has staying power given the regulatory environment + major scam artists like SBF that's a major mental blocker that you need to address in web3 versus web2
