what are the most in demand non engineering roles in crypto rn? where is there a shortage of talent in crypto (if at all)?

- I think its design right now - L2 technical experience and heavy rust experience seems to be lagging generally, there's a shortage of talent across the board. working professionally in crypto isn't mainstream and most people think it's still risky.
