Some subjective observations from using Frames for a while (mostly on web):

• I avoid clicking link buttons (↗), the additional popup is really annoying
• Most frames latency is bad, after a few seconds of spinning I just scroll away
• Impossible to find the Frames I interacted with before. I wish I could "install" them somehow or see history of frames I clicked
• "Follow X to unlock" — instant pass
• Very few actually useful frames

this is really great feedback, have thought a good bit about all of this myself

we recently shipped minisweeper at @playmini and I'm biased, but I think it's one of the better gaming experiences in frame, we encountered some of these issues and worked around them. would love to hear what you think!
