I struggle to vibe w NFT art because it’s harder to feel something without its physical presence

So when I mint sth, it’s less about “collecting” (ie. possession) and more about patronage

Probably fine for mint to be overloaded for now, but also why crypto feels confusing — this is quite implicit

I have a stack of art prints hidden away in a giant portfolio case because it's too much trouble to get them framed and hung. Also, taking art down when I move is just too much. So the non-physical aspect of NFTs is actually a plus in that way. And a large part of it is patronage and just having fun interacting with artists on here. The extent of my buy low sell high interest is that maybe one of these artist will be huge 10-20 years from now and I can sell one piece to cover the expense of everything else I've bought.
