Yesterday I was looking for a quiet work space. I found the oldest lending library in London, the London library. The building still has the original stacks from 1840…from the top floor I could look through the grid all the way to the bottom floor… Also the library alumni/ founders - incredible 📕📚

It’s £20 for a pre membership day pass, and the people running the library offer a map / history about the building
