Being There ... Rogert Ebert wrote this very interesting review back in 1997. Touches on AI and (to my 2024 ears) social media. Basically he says Chance is like a low level AI — again he was writing in '97! And when I think about it, Chance talks EXACTLY like HAL9000 in 2001 A Space Odyssey.
