I’ve had a twitch in my left Tricep for four days now and it’s actually driving me insannnnnnnniaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Does anyone get twitches what’s ur cure? I’ve stretched it. Electrolytes it. Pinched it. Rubbed it. Rolled it. Baked it. Iced it. Plated it. Eaten it. Now it’s just a bone. Might be the problem. Not sure.

Maybe it’s a posture issue? How you draw, sit, etc? Repetitive stress but not where you’d expect? Body mechanics are important I’ve found, dealing with some muscle issues in my back atm😆😆

It’s my left so it’s genuinely never in use. 😂
