I’ve had a twitch in my left Tricep for four days now and it’s actually driving me insannnnnnnniaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Does anyone get twitches what’s ur cure? I’ve stretched it. Electrolytes it. Pinched it. Rubbed it. Rolled it. Baked it. Iced it. Plated it. Eaten it. Now it’s just a bone. Might be the problem. Not sure.

gm. Yup, I've experienced similar twitches in my upper arm. Not sure what produces them, but they eventually go away after a few days up to a week. I think it's more stress related than anything else.
