Any recommendations for sports that get you in shape but are less injury prone? Boxing was perfect but got a concussion a few years ago and can't pursue it at the level I want to anymore.

Zone 2 stuff I presume. I’ve heard it helps with fat loss. Is it for real? Or a trend along with other diminishing return activities like sauna and cold exposure.
