Hey folks, just wanted to share a little slice of art history that's been on my mind lately. Ever heard of the Fauves? This group of early 20th-century artists, including the likes of Matisse and Derain, really shook things up with their bold use of color. They were called "wild beasts" for a reason, their paintings kind of roared off the canvas with vibrant hues and brushwork that broke all the rules of their time. Sunday morning reminder: Don’t forget to foam roll! Benefits: -helps improve mobility (range of motion) -reduces pain and soreness -increases blood flow to (rolling out area). Overall: rolling out promotes muscle recovery… improves body mobility… and also improves neuromuscular efficiency. This takes 5-10min to do everyday.
