hello fc founders :) what are the biggest struggles you faced early on in your founder journey? what resources were the most precious and valuable, yet hard to find? what is magical about fc that makes it easier to be a founder?

Biggest struggles: 1) being a female founder is honestly pretty lonely, the tech bubble is still very male dominated. It really frustrates me on a bad day and motivates me on a good day. 2) learning to make tons of tough decisions a day. Valuable resources: learning to listen to my intuition!! Leading with values!!

Thank you for starting the discussion! 🫶 Good q! tbh the past year I’ve been heads down, growing my team, my agency business, delivering great designs. I didn’t have the energy to physically network & Berlin has a lot of wannabe “founders”. Maybe I should tap more into online communities? Do you have recs?

Congrats on getting the hard work done!! 🔥 For female founder communities specifically, unfortunately no! But /farcasther is a fantastic community here on fc and also if you haven't checked out SheFi or Boys Club or HerDAO, those are all women's organizations :) Boys Club is more for chronically online folks ime
