here's my full mealplan: blog.borodutch.com/ai-chef-designs-my-vegan-meal-plan — i don't eat anything else (except occasionally going out) no alcohol helps drastically vit&sup: ag1, b12, coffee, l-theanine, ashwagandha, d3, b6 that's it :)
