2. We have seen massive innovation, medical is better so is tech. Life expectancy has increased but where are we moving, towards longer live span or better living standards. 
3. Do you think globalization has increased the gap between rich/power or its just more visible because of internet

2. I'd say it's a clear "both". And I expect in the long run, the only successful strategies to increase lifespan will increase healthy lifespan.
3. I actually think globalization has decreased gaps! Though perhaps in more detail: it's decreased inequality between countries while increasing inequality within countries.
