This would be huge for AA wallets. 

I'm curious if anyone has a pulse on how likely this is to pass, seems like there's usually a lot of contention around adding precompiles.

These wallet will also have seed phrases right ? Where and how would they be stored ?

I have very limited knowledge from the tech side.

Right now, we download a wallet and create an address with Seed phrases. public /private key.

Once such EIP is implemented, what would an address creation look like ?

Download the app and create a wallet by hardware verification?

Why would you need seed phrases?

The seed phrase could be used purely for account recovery

But ideally there wouldn’t be a seed phrase in the first place

An EOA has a seed phrase. A smart contract does not. A smart contract wallet can have one or more ways to sign transactions, each of which could be an EOA, or something else like a passkey. 

So if those signing EOAs are sort of disposable (because you can add more and remove them) then no need for seed phrases.
