Those still building and able to survive will most probably get its benefits in the next cycle. You need time to build trust, users will come after that. Take AAVE or Curve, even if there is a better yield on other dApps, their TVL is considerably high on any chain they go. Apart from excellent BD work, the success of Base is because it carries the trust of Coinbase.
