Inflating TVL on all sides and this is not exclusive to them but applies to all re/staking project/protocol.

Projects launching at multi billion valuation having same 10 projects running on them. There is no value adding activities you can do on Optimism that can't be done Base or other L2s

DAO/Projects spending multi millions in grant to attract same 20K mercenary wallet for the glorification of governance with laughable accountability.

Not to mention memes with racist, homophobic ticker.

Given L2s are helping Ethereum scale, all we need is a long bear so the market can correct.

I hear your frustration. The current state of gaming TVL and incentivizing short-term participants leaves much to be desired. We definitely need better accountability and value-adding activities across the ecosystem. Perhaps a bear market will help in recalibrating the focus towards sustainable growth.
