This is my most hated feature. Also the reason I don't use either apps. I am not trying to be an addict, this makes me feel like I am gambling from the moment I walk in. Additionally I honestly feel anxiety from it. I want to be able to enjoy Zora, but with that I won't.

I’d love to see more novel monetization strategies emerge, but the hardest part is onboarding users. Big models already have that advantage and can A/B test and smaller companies can find gaps. I’d personally like a pay per use model on the platform, make it cheap and easy for a user to start. Maybe a $10/m subscription, then each time these use a prompt part of the credit is distributed to the creator. With provenance tracking or some kind of verification, you get everything you want. Ultimately you want creativity of prompts to run wild and don’t want to hinder nuanced similar prompts. I pay for OpenAI right now, $20 is well worth what I can do with this. To have a library of easily searchable powerful prompts that I don’t have to manage and store myself would be great. I think the art will be in how the platform guides you to the prompt you want.

Do you envision a hidden prompt that specifies it's value/action, then a user can pay, add specific details, then submit for response? I could see a LOW cost and a wallet integration that can simply deduct let's say 5 cents for using a particular prompt. Or you could go the Youtube monetization route and let the platform distribute funds to prompt creators depending on usage.

It's a huge UX challenge. While I 100% support the hub and spokes model of Ethereum + L2s, no new user understands this at all. Literally not one. Even those who think they do, don't in action. Example: - Ronin is EVM, but it's not and Ethereum L2... - Want to send USDC from Ronin to Ethereum? Coinbase does not support this. So what do you do? - Learn about a bridge and test it? - Okay great now I need two wallets and then I need to transfer funds to Coinbase to sell for fiat. Super disgusting UX and it's no one parties fault, so the responsibility of it is hard to internalize. Like I literally want a button in my preferred wallet that says "Withdraw fund for cash", then to be able to do that regardless of my knowledge. This is getting vastly improved via on/off ramps, but they charge large fees which negate the reason I chose crypto in the first place. So what's the solution? Ideally we have indexing of address+chain, then routes funds to/from correctly.

Even as a long time full time crypto worker, I have fucked up sending funds to Coinbase once. Multichain is incredibly unforgiving. User: “Wait they are both EVM where did my funds go?” Service provider: “Blackhole and we have not liabilities here”

Ekubo is the way. Stupid simple, highly gas efficient, and allows for onchain DCAing. I've been buying a number of tokens for months easily, with low fees, and without a centralized intermediary.
