How do you guys handle burnout both physically and mentally? I find it difficult rn. Physically: I currently organise the largest Web3 conferences in Japan, I'm also currently building /farthercast My day starts with about 400 emails (most of which I have begun to realise highlight just how hand held a lot of people need to be), followed by meetings that are not needed, some quick japanese study, then home to work on farthercast Mentally: I'm working around 16/17 hour days, im exhausted and my crypto balance is still sub 2k. There are people shit posting and making more than I do. The grind is hard and now i've hit that point when I'm asking "is it worth it?". Loosing social life, health and gaining mostly apathy for web3 and the surprising lot of the vacuous people here who wouldn't really know a community or loyalty is if it him then in the blocks... sorry for the rant

1) hiring or outsourcing work that you’re too busy to do 2) dedicated time at the start and end of every day to plan your daily and weekly tasks 3) take time off!!! (I struggle with this severely)

1) I don't do emails. 2) Under commit, over deliver - that's freeing your mind 3) I live in France. People can complain about it or say that's an over taxed country, that's IMO the best one to build your own venture and still stay mentally sane.

hey Mark, totally understand. I have worked two jobs at the same time before. There are cheaper places such as Philippines and Bali where English is understood by the majority. Also, have you been doing time boxing? I personally use Motion.ai to allocate tasks.
