You know what’s missing from Farcaster? A mechanism to natively keep track of IRL meets. As in, I meet a fellow Farcaster user, we tap our phones via NFC or something, and our FIDs are now linked in a similar way to follows, except instead it’s proof that we’ve met IRL. And then later we can go back to the app and see the list of people we’ve met and when. Anyone building this?

Now that you mention it, I did use icebreaker at the previous FarCon. It’s a separate UI / website though, right? I’d love to have the list of my past IRL meets directly in Warpcast

You can use icebreaker directly within Warpcast via miniapp. As soon as Merkle adds cast action support, you'll be able to pull up your icebreaker notes in context. Met IRL attestations are not ideal to store at the farcaster protocol level yet because you don't necessarily want that info to be public. Let us know if you have other ideas though for how you'd want to use. You can export all your data instantly in a machine readable format, which includes met IRL notes https://app.icebreaker.xyz/export
