That said, from a company POV, we take them seriously no matter the cause... they are goliaths compared to any startup due to size and their penetration among professionals and organizations, rivaled only by LinkedIn. With another entrant in the mix, we can learn faster to see what works. BC hiring is still broken.

given the rise of small teams, solopreneurs I would love single project hiring options vs full timers. obviously asking for self interested reasons here. the vetting process, filtering process for simple things like 'build me an AI agent, smart contracts w/ proof of work simply does not exist. hiring ppl to do landing pages is so simple..make me this UI. /bounties has no structure
