They wanted me to mail a letter with a copy of my photo ID and a utility bill after reversing an ACH transfer (6 days after I initiated it) from a linked bank account I own and have made transfers between in the past. No way to speak to the "back office". Online bank = nothing you can do. I'll take crypto please
