Yes, it is a app using the InternetOS "Elastos". Only social media app there I own my data, my post are all stored on my own hive server (like a private IPFS) and secured by a DID using 50% BTC hashrate.

Yes, good Q! The personal server is generated automatic in Essentials Wallet + your DID, so that part is easy. The harder part is to get people use it, it is 100% decentralized, so it is not as fast as Instagram/twitter.and most of people dot care or understand how big B uses your data in web 2, they dont care,for now.
