"building better products, onchain" by @jnwng @ solana breakpoint 1. deliver value immediately let your users get a feel of your product before clicking the "connect wallet" button 2. get rid of the "paywall" gas is unnecessary for onboarding new users. use zk compression + transaction relayers to sponsor gas -- costing you a 1/10th of a cent to get someone onchain 3. get information about your users from chain for eg, just use the primary pfp from their wallet instead of asking them to upload a second one. fetch their onchain history and you can tailor their experience 4. meet people where they are blinks are urls with superpowers, make sure your project is compatible with it. and let your users interact where they are -- x, discord, etc 5. build for intent intent centric design makes your project user friendly and efficient. design and deliver what your users aim to achieve!

For me (6y of working in web2) these points don't seem to be unique to on-chain products, but just good rules for building great ux products everywhere. Except the 3rd point - but this transparency is kinda controversial part, and maybe what stops crypto adoption, as it's not great to give apps full insight into users' financial transactions ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
