Specially the fact that advertising is forbidden. No neon lights, not big cartels either screens. Not "200m for  the next mall". I can work in a kind of futuristic project but as soon as I close the laptop, I'm back in real life. Priceless

That’s the way to do it! I’m doing pretty much the same thing on an undisclosed Mediterranean island with low taxes. 

I regularly speak to biggest breins in crypto. Don’t feel disconnected from space at all. 

Moment I close my laptop I’m in my little slice of paradise.
