2nd is due soon, would love to hear everyone’s feedback for the transition! (for parents and/ for the oldest)

Alright. This is important. You may think that your first one is stable and good. Maybe other family members are helping. Maybe you already have a great relationship with the first one. But it’s is critical, absolutely critical to give ample attention to the first. It will be hard. But they will notice the difference. Even if they can’t speak or articulate the difference they will notice the change. And it will affect them. Keep this in mind.
