How to make tom brown for weight gain. Tom brown is good and nutritious for both babies, children and adults. Ingredients corn Dates Guinea corn Groundnuts Dried tiger nuts Millet Soya beans Ginger Procedure Toast everything one after the other on a low heat, allow to cool and blend all in a strong blender. Preparation Scoop some in a plate and mix with water till everything is well dissolved. Pour into a pot and place on a low heat, keep turning till it thickens. Scoop it out,add your milk and sugar if desired and enjoy.
