I don't really recommend doing that unless you trust them, but then you don't need to verify. 

There are too many ways to invalidate a tip: users can delete their tipping casts, delete their old casts and accidentally lower their allocations, or casts get deleted from hitting storage limits.

Other factors that will invalidate a tip that I forgot about:

- User does not have an ethereum wallet connected anymore
- User no longer has 10k DEGEN in their wallet
