1/ This week I was elected through open governance by OP Delegates to serve on OP's Developer Advisory Board (DAB) for the Superchain -- all OP Stack networks, including Base. I am humbled, but also so charged and compelled, to give 100% in this for all of you -- thanks so much to everyone who voted for me. š I think developers are some of the most instrumental and influential groups of people who are building a better world for our friends, families and all of us humans to live in on this planet. I am going to do whatever I can in this role to enable this super important group -- builders, doers, dreamers, makers, light bringers and imagineers who believe in a better, new era. 2/ We are all in this group, it's just that some of us just don't know it yet. This planet is so broken because of so many of the closed and oppressive systems that divide us. That make us doubt, turn on each other and think we can't, when we can. When we always could. And I think the tide has turned. Each day, more and more new people are coming onchain and choosing an open and permissionless economy. Each day, more and more new people are becoming sovereign and opting out.

3/ More and more of us are focusing so much less on what makes us different and much more on what makes us human; what makes us the same. We are on the precipice of our age, and a new time. The future is ours to seize. And this is what I will be thinking about and focusing on as part of the OP Developer Advisory Board. š ā¬ļø
