there're 70k accounts on Base with almost 0 balance and another 2k with a balance in cbbtc <$10. What's the reason for this distribution?

Not sure about the 2k but for the 70k, looks like someone started airdropping small amounts of cbBTC last week on Base to about 70k folks

i'm really curious about this as i hardly understand the intention
